So I started a Vlogcast!

Hi Loves!

So, this is a bit of a different one!

I have decided to start a Vlogcast (Vlog/podcast) about Crochet (among other things like; crafting, tea, books, makeup etc.). I have been wanting to do this for a while now but I haven’t quite felt brave enough until now!

I have spent the last 6 months or so getting really addicted to crochet and by extension crochet podcasts, this has led to me being so inspired constantly! This is what I hope to do with my vlogcasts, inspire some of you with new projects, new crafts among other things.

I would love you guys to pop over and take a gander if you are interested in any of the above, I hope you enjoy it and I may talk to you again in another video in the future if it all goes okay!

Finished Projects

Purple Ribbed Bobble Hat

I crocheted up this beauty using Marble Chunky from Hobbycraft in the colourway Multi topped with a pom pom in Stone from Toft. This was done using a youtube tutorial by Marly Bird, which was really easy to follow!

The Bobble Cowl

This amazing cowl was crocheted using Hayfield Chunky Tweed with Wool from my local yarn shop (Budget Wools in Cheltenham), in the colours Tenby (blue) and Sacklington (light brown). The pattern I used for this was FREE on Lululoves blog, which you can finde here. This pattern is very beginner friendly and super fun to do! (Please excuse the manic look on my face in the photo!)

The V Stitch Cowl

This cowl was wipped up as a birthday present for my boyfriends sister, I once again used a Lululoves pattern to start me off but this time I basically just made it up after the first row! I used the Get Your Fluff On yarn from Hobbycraft in the colourways blue and grey.

Market Bag

This market bag was made using the Zeens and Roger pattern found here or you can follow a video here, I just used any old 100% Acrylic yarn for this one but it would be LOVELY with a cotton!

Cat and Dog Kneckerchiefs

These are products that I sell over on my Etsy store, I have a range of materials and they are updating all the time!

WIPs

Socks in waiting…

The yarn for these sock is from Tiger years ago! I love the teal and rainbow together so here is hoping I will finish them eventually. I followed a two part youtube tutorial from Happy Berry Crochet to get the idea of how to crochet them.

Lottie and Albert Rainbow Blanket

I am currently taking part in the Rainbow Blanket CAL happening this month with Lottie and Albert. For this I am following the bought version of this pattern. I am using Marriner Double Knit yarn in the colourways; Pale Rose, Lavender, Blue Mist, Madonna, Pink and Fondant. My sparkly hooks can be found here.
